It offers an 83 m² main house, a 10 m² cabin, a scenic wooden deck, and a private sauna. Ideal for families and friends up to six guests, it provides a cozy, pet-friendly retreat to escape the daily hustle and relax together.

利根川の源流と谷川岳に抱かれたみなかみ町は、ユネスコエコパークにも登録された大自然の宝庫です。豊かな湯脈に癒やされる「温泉」、ラフティングやカヌーなどの「ウォータースポーツ」、極上のパウダースノーが魅力の「スキー」、大地の恵みを味わう「果物狩り」など。ヴィラを一歩出れば、四季折々の愉しみが待っています。
Surrounded by the headwaters of the Tone River and Mount Tanigawa, Minakami is a treasure trove of nature designated as a UNESCO Eco Park. From soothing hot springs with abundant thermal waters to water sports like rafting and canoeing, premium powder snow skiing, and fruit picking that celebrates the earth's bounty—seasonal pleasures await you just steps away from the villa.
温泉
「みなかみ18湯」と呼ばれる湯宿が町内に点在。露天風呂の美しさが世界的な人気を誇る「宝川温泉」、国登録有形文化財の風情が残る「法師温泉」、当施設からも近く、飲食店も立ち並ぶ「水上温泉」街など、日帰りでも楽しめる温泉がたくさんあります。ヴィラから少し足を伸ばして、贅沢な湯巡りをお楽しみください。
Minakami is home to 18 hot spring areas scattered throughout the town. There are many hot springs you can enjoy on a day trip, including Takaragawa Onsen, world-famous for its beautiful outdoor baths; Hoshi Onsen, which retains the traditional atmosphere of a Registered Tangible Cultural Property; and the Minakami Onsen resort area, located close to our villa with various restaurants. Take a short trip from the villa and enjoy a relaxing time visiting these wonderful hot springs.
川遊び＆ウォータースポーツ
「道の駅 水紀行館」の裏手に広がる清流公園や「湯檜曽（ゆびそ）川」の浅瀬は、子どもや愛犬が安全に水飛沫をあげて涼むのに最高のロケーション。よりアクティブに楽しみたい方は、日本屈指の激流・利根川を下るラフティングや、赤谷湖・藤原湖でのレイクSUPなどのウォータースポーツも揃っています。
Seiryu Park, located right behind the roadside station "Michi-no-Eki Mizukiko-kan," and the shallow waters of the Yubiso River are perfect locations for children and dogs to safely splash and cool down in the water. For those looking for more adventure, world-class outdoor activities are also available, including exciting rafting down the Tone River—one of Japan's top wild rivers—and lake SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) on Lake Akaya and Lake Dogen.
スキー・スノーボード
エリア最大級の規模を誇る「ほうだいぎスキー場」やアクセス抜群でナイターまで満喫できる「ノルンスキー場」（当施設から車で15分）、バックカントリーで人気の「Mt.T by星野リゾート」など、町内には7つの個性豊かなゲレンデがあります。さらに、新潟・湯沢エリアへのアクセスも良く、「GALA湯沢スキー場」や「苗場スキー場」へも車で約30〜50分ほどで行くことができます。
Minakami is home to 7 unique ski resorts, including Hodaigi Ski Resort, which features one of the largest areas in the region, Norn Minakami Ski Resort (just 15 minutes by car from our villa) with easy access and great night skiing, and Mt. T by Hoshino Resorts, highly popular among backcountry fans. Furthermore, it offers great access to the Niigata-Yuzawa area; you can reach GALA Yuzawa Ski Resort and Naeba Ski Resort in about 30 to 50 minutes by car.
果物狩り
果物狩りや自家製スイーツが年中楽しめる大型施設「みなかみフルーツランド モギトーレ」をはじめ、日本の原風景が残る「たくみの里」周辺など、町内には果樹園が点在しています。冬〜春はいちご、夏はブルーベリー、秋にはリンゴやブドウなど、四季折々の「もぎたて」を味わえます。当ヴィラの近隣にある「阿部りんご園」では手作りアップルパイの持ち帰りも。
Minakami is one of the best fruit-growing regions near Tokyo. You can enjoy fruit picking and local sweets all year round at big facilities like Minakami Fruit Land Mogitore, as well as around the traditional village of Takumi-no-Sato. Visitors can taste fresh fruits in every season: strawberries from winter to spring, blueberries in summer, and apples or grapes in autumn. Do not miss the local apple pies made with delicious local apples. You can buy handmade apple pies at Abe Apple Orchard, a historic shop located very close to our villa, and enjoy them back at the villa by the fireplace.

当ヴィラは、「大切な家族であるペットと一緒に心から寛げる宿が少ない、あっても制約が多くて楽しめない」という、私たちオーナー自身の苦い経験をもとにオープンいたしました。
そのためMIRISEでは、小型犬・大型犬といったサイズによる制限は一切設けず、どんなワンちゃんでも温かくお迎えいたします。「ペットが快適に過ごせるかどうかは身体の大きさではなく、日頃の適切なトレーニングやマナーが大切」と考えているからです。
周囲への最低限の配慮をお守りいただけるのであれば、館内でワンちゃんをケージに入れる必要はありません。ご自宅と同じように、のびのびと自由な時間をお過ごしください。
Our villa was born out of our own experience as pet owners, where we often struggled to find places to truly relax with our beloved dogs due to strict rules and limitations.
Therefore, MIRISE welcomes dogs of all sizes, from small to extra-large. We believe that whether a dog can stay comfortably depends entirely on their daily training and behavior, not their size.
As long as basic manners and consideration for the property are followed, there is no need to keep your dog in a crate indoors. Please feel free to let them relax and enjoy their time just like they would at home.
